The Top Ten Healthy Recipes of 2019 from The Foodie and The Fix!! Every single one of these includes 21 Day Fix container counts and WW blue plan points!
Hey foodies! So I know we're already halfway through January, so it feels a little late to be doing this, but January has been legit cray, you guys, and I didn't want to miss out on sharing the top ten recipes from the blog from last year because it's just fun!
I also love being able to use this annual post as the perfect excuse to stop a minute and tell you all how amazing you are and how thankful I am to have the most incredible readers ever!!
This post has the most loved, most searched, most shared and most saved recipes from The Foodie and The Fix in 2019. I like to tell you guys that my recipes are basically a love letter from me to you, but when I get to do this post, it's like reading a love letter from you to me and it's seriously everything.
I'm so damn lucky to get to do this thing I love every single day, and I get to do that because of you.
So thank you.
And without further ado, here are your most-loved healthy recipes from me in 2019! ♥
#10 - These healthier whole wheat biscuits are a breeze to throw together and I'm not surprised they're a fave - they have a great texture and they're so amazing with a little honey, or my healthy sausage gravy! #9 - This easy Flank Steak Sheet Pan Dinner is so flavorful covered in that spicy peanut sauce and is definitely a fave of my husband's! It was a huge hit on my meal plan last week, too! #8 - It can be tough to find a great, low-sugar jam in the store, but this one is SO delicious and easy to make (bonus: it's amazing on those whole-wheat biscuits)! #7 - Eek! This one is special to me. After living in Cincinnati for a while, I wanted to recreate their famous chili, and I really feel like I nailed it (and I've heard from a lot of you agreeing!), so if you've never had it before (or just want to make it at home), this version is easy and delicious! It also seems to be a hit with folks who don't usually like CIncy chili because it's a little thicker! #6 - This super simple (5-Ingredient!) dinner is one that I've been making for our family for years and I was so happy to get it on the blog as an Instant Pot dinner this year! I'm crazy-thrilled that you guys loved it!! #5 - Oh man! I'm so happy you guys love this one, because I love it SO much! This is another one that I've been making forever, but finally got up on the blog this year! It's creamy, it's spicy, it has a little sweetness from the corn and the crab. It's all the amazing things. #4 - Although this Pozole Verde isn't super traditional, it's just so darn cozy and amazing. I knew this one was going to be pretty high on this list because I've gotten SO many comments and messages about it from you guys! I love you people!! #3 - This Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese is another instance of your favorites being my favorites! I make this one regularly for my lunches, I love it so much and I'm so crazy-happy that you guys do, too! The #2 recipe from this year was the Instant Pot version of my beloved Broccoli Mac and Cheese! I just love it's velvetty, creamy, cheesy deliciousness and I'm so happy that you guys do, too!! And the number 1, most loved, most saved, most shared Foodie and the Fix Recipe from 2019 was this Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala! If you've been following along for a while, you may already know that this is my #1 favorite meal - probably of all time! This is "if you could only eat one thing on a deserted island" type stuff for me 🙂
