Hey guys! Boy have I got something good for you today!! Like “holy crap this is amazing” good. So maybe amazing is what I really meant to say? Anyway… this week I spent hours and hours scouring all of my and my healthy food blogger friends’ Instant Pot recipes to find the best, most delicious 7-ingredient-or-less healthy Instant Pot dinner recipes. These meals are going to be simple and easy to make, budget friendly (fewer ingredients = fewer $$$), and quick, too!
Um, do I know you or what?!
Or it could be that many of my wonderful email subscribers filled out a survey for me this week saying “please give us more fewer-ingredient recipes”. 😉 Either way, I got you. And while these may not be new, it sure is nice to have a big ol’ list of these kinds of simple, healthy dinners all together in one place, isn’t it? I definitely plan to work on more fewer-ingredient recipes for you guys, too.
Just fyi, when counting the number of ingredients, I didn’t count salt, pepper, oil or optional ingredients 😉 Plus, as always, all of these recipes include 21 Day Fix container counts, but I’ve also added Weight Watchers Freestyle points for our WW peeps. (I heard you there, too!)
