You guys. I legit ate this for breakfast every day for probably 4 months. It’s so flavorful and EASY!
And I don’t know about you, but even before I started doing 21 Day Fix, I was always trying to work more veggies into my day and it can be tough! Then once I started doing 21 Day Fix, and needed to get 4 cups of veggies in each day, I realized pretty quickly that if I didn’t start early with at least a serving, I would struggle to get them all in.
And speaking from experience, nobody but nobody wants to be forcing veggies on themselves at 9 pm.
