Happy New Years Eve Eve! So I know we all still have one more holiday to go, but is anyone else feeling suuuuper ready to get back to properly taking care of themselves? I don’t know about you, but as much as I love this time of year (and all of that delish holiday grub), almost nothing feels better than getting back to my workouts and just detoxing from it all.
