Hey guys! Holy December, Batman! Anyone else feeling completely insane with this super short Christmas season?? It should be illegal for Thanksgiving to be so late. Mama needs another week before Christmas.
Anyway... after getting so many comments and messages about how helpful last week's Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Instant Pot Dinners post was, I wanted to see how I could help even more.
With Christmas approaching, I thought you guys might appreciate some gluten-free and dairy-free holiday side dish recipes. Even for those of you who aren't GF and DF yourselves, you may be cooking for someone who is and these crazy-good sides are a great place to start.
