Hey guys! Since the new year started I’ve had soups and salads on the brain and I thought you might, too! I love soups this time of year and they’re so great for a healthy lunch (and hey, you should totally check out this great list of healthy soups if you’re feeling that!), but something about the start of a new year always makes me crave the fresh goodness of a salad.
With that in mind, it felt like the perfect time to share my very favorite, the VERY best, 21 Day Fix salad dressing recipes with you guys. Ya know, because I loves ya.
Now, most of these dressing recipes belong to specific salads or other recipes, but don’t let that hold you back! They would all be good in/on so many different things!
Got your eye on that chili-lime vinaigrette from the Thai Shrimp Salad post? Try it on a salad of greens and sauteed pineapple chicken sausage instead (I have done this exact thing and seriously, you should do this) – or use whatever you have on hand! Ooh… like quinoa – that dressing would be so good on quinoa!!
