Hey guys! So I promise that I'm going to come back to this post later and add in any and all questions and answers you might have, but the clock's a' tickin' and I'm hustling to get 8 brand spankin' new dips (plus my magic dip base!) on the blog for you before the Super Bowl on Sunday (which, as I'm writing this is exactly 5 days away!)!

Healthy Classic Cold Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Healthy Dip Base (click here or scroll down to the dip base recipe card for the dip base recipe)
- 1 Tbs plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and packed
- 1 Tbs water chestnuts, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbs jarred chopped pimentos, drained*
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill
- 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix everything together and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve!
Notes
* You can sub the pimentos with chopped tomato or fresh red bell peppers if you prefer!

Ingredients

Magic Healthy Dip Base
This magic healthy dip base is delicious as the base to almost any dip! It's also freezer-friendly, so you can have an amazing dip ready to go whenever you need it!
Ingredients
- 3 cups (24 oz) 2% cottage cheese
- ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbs + 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth!
- Stir in the add-ins to the portion you're making. If it's a hot dip, microwave until just hot and melty.
Notes
*This dip base freezes beautifully! Use an egg cup mold for perfect portions!
