This Cheesy Brussels and Bacon Dip is full of flavor and perfect for game night! Kid-friendly, gluten-free PLUS it includes 21 Day Fix counts and Weight Watchers points!
Hey guys! So I promise that I'm going to come back to this post later and add in any and all questions and answers you might have, but the clock's a' tickin' and I'm hustling to get 8 brand spankin' new dips (plus my magic dip base!) on the blog for you before the Super Bowl on Sunday (which, as I'm writing this is exactly 5 days away!)!
But for now, I'll just tell you that even though I love all of my magic healthy dip base babies the same, I might secretly love this one just a little bit more. It's just so cheesy and bacon-y and Brussels sprout-y and yum.
It was a truly pleasant surprise that came from doing what I'd love to see you guys do with my magic healthy dip base - throwing in some great stuff that I had on hand and making something new and delish.
I've never actually been a huge Brussels sprout person, they've always tasted so bitter to me! But through the years, I've tested them in many different ways and found that I like them best when they're shredded. I don't know what it is, but they're just so much better and less bitter when they are!
Oh! And I love that this dip is made using my Magic Healthy Dip Base, because variety is the spice of fun, people!
It's so fantastic to make a batch of the dip base and switch it up all week long with one or more of the other 8 (EIGHT!!) incredible healthy dips on this site that use it (or, like I mentioned before, just throw whatever good stuff you have on hand in there and create something new)!
