Hey Fixers (and healthy foodies)! Easter is next week and I want you to be prepared with a great dish that you can bring or a whole healthy and delicious meal that you can serve! Want to know what I’m making from this list?
Ok, fine. So I don’t know yet.
I’m going to make my final meal planning decisions in the next couple of days, BUT! I’m definitely making the Cucumber Roll-Ups (aren’t they so cute?!) and the Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Balsamic Sauce (because yum).
